Are you needing assistance getting an aircraft N registered? If so, we can assist with that process.
We have 10+ years of experience offering:
- Airworthiness & logbook review (determining aircraft eligibility for import to the USA and an FAA airworthiness certificate), as well as what modifications may be needed to make it eligible.
- Comformity inspections to determine the aircraft complies with US airworthiness standards.
- Working with a local DAR or foreign DAR to get a US airworthiness certificate.
- If the aircraft is being exported from the USA and requires an Export Certificate of Airworthiness, we can assist with getting one and ensuring that it conforms with the foreign standards.

Ferry Permit Services
If the aircraft needs a ferry permit (domestic or foreign) we can assist.
NOTE: FSDOs are often now requiring a DAR to issue the permit, although some can work with the local FSDO.
Reasons that a ferry permit is required:
- Not meeting airworthiness standards (usually for aircraft out of annual or needing to be flown for repairs). However, the aircraft must be inspected and in safe condition for flight, which requires approval from the FAA based on what needs to be repaired. Generally speaking, aircraft with significant engine or structural damage will not be eligible for ferry permits. In all cases, a physical inspection of the aircraft by an A&P is required. In these circumstances, we work with a ground transportation company to move the aircraft.
- Ferry tanks (extra fuel tanks). Unless covered by an STC, these often require DAR approval.
- Aircraft having a foreign airworthiness certificate but FAA registration. This can be approved on a rare basis when a DAR is not available or able to issue an FAA airworthiness certificate on an aircraft and the aircraft has already been de-registered in the foreign country.
